How to Apply

Just fill out the brief application form online. Once you submit the form, our team will process your application in 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive an email with instructions to finish setting up your account and login to begin using your Pro member benefits.

Accessing Your Account

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email invite to finish setting up your APEX Pro customer profile by creating a password. Setting up your password will allow you to log in anytime using the email you provided in your application on our login page. Note: Our login page is the same for standard and PRO accounts. We will follow up to confirm we have the right email you would like to tie to your Apex In-Store # for your in store orders to display on your online portal, and to receive your loyalty points.

Logging in will take you to your account dashboard, where you can view your order history and update your personal information and addresses. Browsing products and collections when logged in will show your special discounted pro rates of 22% OFF or more on specified items.

Shopping Discounted Prices

To shop with your APEX Pro discount, just browse our website and add products to your bag as you normally would. When logged in, your special PRO-discounted prices will be displayed.
