This Hercules grease is specially designed for use in steam and hot/cold water systems, withstanding temperatures ranging from -20°F to +300°F. It is non-hazardous and non-toxic, making it safe for various applications. This waterproof grease is resistant to dissolving in water, even under severe water flow conditions, making it ideal for use in situations with water exposure. It is also safe for use with potable water.
Hercules' unique petroleum-based formula provides lubrication and corrosion prevention for valve stems, faucets, ballcock linkages, and other components where water-resistant grease is essential. It helps to smooth and ease the operation of hard-turning faucets. This grease is also suitable for preventing corrosion and sticking in sump and sewage ejector pump linkages, ensuring free movement and extended equipment life. Unlike regular greases, it will not melt under typical conditions.
