This critical function helps curtail material expansion, which, in turn, ensures that joints fit precisely without issues. Thanks to the exceptional film strength of Hercules Cutting Oils, there is continuous contact between the lubricant and the workpiece. This guarantees swift, accurate, and high-quality cuts while keeping tool wear to a minimum. Importantly, these lubricants do not contain nitrosamine-forming compounds or chlorinated oils.
Clear Cutting Oil is a well-balanced blend of high-quality mineral oils with a sulfur base. It is specifically designed for creating clean, unbroken threads during manual or low RPM operations on small-diameter steel and brass pipes. This oil is equally effective for tasks like hacksawing and light drilling. An additional benefit is that it will not stain copper or brass materials.
