Oatey® Clear Primer is a robust and NSF-listed primer formulated for use with PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings across all schedules and classes. This primer effectively eliminates surface contaminants such as dirt, grease, and grime while simultaneously softening the pipe surface, enabling a rapid and secure solvent weld. Its clear formulation ensures that it won't leave stains on most surfaces, and its application is made convenient with the included in-lid dauber. Oatey products have established a century-long trust among plumbing professionals.
