The Navien NPE-240A2 is a powerful 199,000 BTU condensing tankless water heater built for homes and light-commercial jobs that need consistent, on-demand hot water. Designed for indoor or outdoor installation, this advanced unit offers ultra-high efficiency, dual stainless steel heat exchangers, and long venting runs up to 75 ft using 2" Schedule 40 PVC.
It also features ½" gas line capability up to 24 ft, making retrofits easier and reducing install costs. The EZNav™ control panel, built-in HotButton™ recirculation, low NOx emissions, and cascading support make it a top choice for plumbers who want reliability with fewer callbacks.
