The Oatey 32 oz Heavy-duty PVC Cement is a clear solvent cement specially formulated to bond PVC pipe and fittings effectively. It softens the surface of the pipe and fitting, creating a robust bond that meets or exceeds ASTM D-2564 specifications.
Features:
Heavy-duty clear cement suitable for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings, including up to 12 inches in diameter with interference fit, and up to 18 inches for non-pressure applications.
Low-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with California south coast air quality management district (SCAQMD) 1168/316A or BAAQMD method 40 and various environmental requirements.
Its thick formula is designed to fill gaps in large diameter pipes and loose fitting joints.
Recommended for use with potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV applications.
The recommended application temperature range is 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C).
